I'm a Graphic Designer with more than nine years of experience helping organizations bring their ideas to life through branding, marketing, digital experiences, and event design. Throughout my career, I've partnered with nonprofit organizations, technology communities, and global gaming brands to create visual experiences that connect with audiences and support meaningful growth.

My approach to design is shaped by a unique upbringing. Growing up in a military family meant moving frequently and calling many places home—including Florida, Ohio, Washington, Texas, Oregon, California, the United Kingdom, and now Pennsylvania. Each community had its own personality, culture, architecture, and stories, and those experiences taught me to pay attention to the details that make places and people unique.

That curiosity continues to influence my work today. Whether I'm exploring a new city, visiting a National Park, attending a local event, or simply observing how people interact with the spaces around them, I'm constantly gathering inspiration. I believe great design starts with understanding people, their experiences, and the stories they want to tell.

Professionally, I've led brand and marketing initiatives, designed websites and digital campaigns, developed event identities, and helped organizations create stronger connections with their audiences. My work combines strategic thinking with visual storytelling, ensuring that every design decision serves a purpose and supports broader business goals.

When I'm away from my desk, you'll usually find me exploring the outdoors, planning my next National Park adventure, discovering local restaurants and neighborhoods, or watching sports. Those experiences keep me inspired, grounded, and always looking at the world through a creative lens.

Microsoft Alumni Network Re-Branding & Marketing

The Microsoft Alumni Network’s social media presence serves as a key touchpoint for engaging a global community of former employees—sharing stories, promoting events, and communicating member benefits. I led the visual branding and design of all social media content, creating a cohesive and recognizable identity across platforms while supporting a wide range of campaigns and initiatives.

Challenge

The social media presence needed a consistent and recognizable visual identity while supporting a diverse range of content types—from storytelling and announcements to event promotion and member engagement campaigns. The design system had to be flexible, scalable, and optimized for performance across platforms, while maintaining alignment with Microsoft’s brand and the Alumni Network’s distinct voice.

 

Approach

Visual Identity & System Design

I established a cohesive and scalable social media design system:

  • Developed standardized templates, layout systems, and visual guidelines

  • Defined typography, color usage, and graphic elements optimized for digital platforms

  • Ensured consistency across all posts while allowing flexibility for varied content

Microsoft Alumni Network Global Summit 2025

The Microsoft Alumni Global Summit 2025 brought together over 450 alumni from 22 countries for two days of connection, learning, and celebration at Microsoft’s Redmond campus. I led the visual branding and experiential design for both flagship events—Connect 2025 and Power of the Pack—creating a cohesive, immersive environment that reflected the energy, legacy, and forward-looking spirit of the alumni community.

Microsoft Alumni Voices is a storytelling platform designed to highlight the journeys, insights, and impact of Microsoft alumni. I led the complete UI/UX design and visual branding for the site, creating a cohesive and engaging digital experience that brings long-form storytelling to life while strengthening the Microsoft Alumni Network’s digital presence.

Connect 2023

Overview

Microsoft Alumni Connect 2023 was a two-day global summit hosted at Microsoft’s Redmond campus, bringing together 650 former employees from 18 countries. The event focused on reconnection, professional networking, and community-building among alumni. I led the visual branding and oversaw all visual aspects of the event, creating a cohesive and engaging experience that supported both structured programming and social interaction.

At Paizo, a leading publisher in the tabletop gaming industry known for titles like Pathfinder and Starfinder, I contributed to bringing immersive game worlds to life through visual branding, print design, and creative direction. My work spanned digital and physical touchpoints, with a strong focus on designing high-quality printed materials that enhance gameplay and storytelling. I also served as the visual design lead for Paizo’s Organized Play program, shaping the visual identity for a global community of players and events.
